I painted these childred for the Quick Paint at the Door County Plein Air Festival. They were so focused on their work and were done before I knew it. I wasn't able to get much more than a gesture of them, but I feel that I captured the moment.

Kathie, you continue to amaze me with your artwork. I remember seeing your paintings back in Evanston, but they don't seem to compare to your work now. (Ok--probably not fair to compare drawings of the human organs/body to the beautiful sceneries you draw--but still :)
Thanks. Landscape and portrait painting is also a lot more fun than Medical illustrations!
